2 blocks of angel food cake cut into cubes
(I like to trim off the brown edges b4 cutting into cubes)
Large container cool whip
Large box of white chocolate mousse pudding or
2 small boxes works too...prepared according to box
Your choice of fruit for toppings
* Put 1/2 of the angelfood cubes in bottom of glass bowl.
Top w/ 1/2 the pudding, then 1/2 the cool whip. Layer fruit on
top of cool whip and repeat the layers 1 more time. If you have
a narrow glass bowl you can make 3 layers rather than 2. You
really can't make a mistake. Enjoy!
