I put this in the bread machine in this order, but you can do them by hand.
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbs. butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3-1/4 cups flour (bread flour is you wish)
3 tsp. yeast
Knead and let rise.
Donít take much time rolling them out, just form balls with your fingers and place on baking sheet and let rise again.
Bake 375į for 12 to 15 min.
Brush with melted butter after baking.
