Prepare yellow pudding cake mix according to package (9 x 13 pan). Bring to boil a
16 oz. can crushed pineapple and 1 cup sugaróboil 3 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Let cake cool completely. Prepare 1 large box instant vanilla pudding and spread over cake. Spread this with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped pecans. Keep refrigerated.
