Pamís Soup

Run all ingredients through processor/slicer

1 head cauliflower

2 small onions

1 pkg baby carrots

3 big stalks celery

1/2  cup quinoa

Add water to cover

Add:

2 tsp. beef bouillon

1 tsp. curry powder

2 tsp. salt 

Cut up approx 1-1/2 cup leftover roast

Simmer for a few hours.
